Under the silicon rubber, there is an earpiece that has a nice metal grill which gives the clear and crisp sound output. The wire of earphones is very thin and made up of rubber. You would not get a braided wire in CX 180.

CX 180 Performance & Sound

After go through from all the above, let’s talk about the sound of the CX 180. The sound delivered by the CX 180 is quite impressive as per the price point. The silicon rubber does a great job of noise cancellation thus removes almost every sound from outside world. You can wear the earpiece all day long as silicone rubbers are very soft and give you comfort. Moreover, the grip of the silicon rubber is also good. You can use CX 180 while gyming, Running or while working out. The earphones are compatible with Android smartphone, iPhone, tablets, and laptops. As there is no inline remote so you cannot change the song nor you can raise the volume through earphone wire.

Now, come to the bad part. The highs or say Treble part is quite aggressive. If you raise the volume, the person sitting next to you actually hears that HIGH part of the music. This not looks that good. But inside the earphones, all things are quite balanced. If you love the drops of EDM, electronic or Dubstep then you gonna love this. If you want more bass, you can play with equalizer and you can raise the bass part from an equalizer.
